Manchester Rod and Gun Club – Refund Policy

Membership dues and event registration fees are generally non-refundable. However, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:

• Duplicate payment

• Cancellation of a paid event by the club

• Administrative error

To request a refund, please contact us within 30 days of payment at bookkeepermrgc@gmail.com. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
